Shepard Fairey Lawsuit
Shepard Fairey, the designer known for "HOPE" poster created for the Barack Obama campaign in 2008, was sentenced for two years probation for fabricating evidence during the legal battle with the associated press over the poster. Because Copyright laws are very fuzzy and there's blurred lines when it comes down to cases like the one associated with Fairey. My personal opinion is that if he wouldn't have tampered with the evidence it wouldn't have been seen as serious a crime. Yes he did use someone else's photograph but it just does seems like its taken a little bit to the extreme to have him thrown in jail for this. Depending on how much money the Associated Press made for the photograph should be in direct relation to how much Fairey should owe them. He created the work of art, not the Associated Press.

The Cloud VS. Ownership
The Pros of Cloud are that people are able to store any and all of their information in this system. Business could really benefit from this because of all the resources cloud has to offer with storing information on any smart device. It also keeps up to date with the latest hard wares and operating systems. The downside to this though is that the owners of cloud have access to this information and personal things. This in turn could be a huge problem because its allows them to steal that info. Obviously this is an invasion of privacy. Another bad concept of the cloud is its difficult to predict costs if a business scales rapidly. Some physical properties would be my phone, my house, my car.

C.R.A.P.
Contrast- I found designsponge.com to show really great contrast especially with the colors and how it all goes together and connects. I think its important to have colors that go together in a design.
Repetition- Immocarro.be has a good repetition example with the use of boxes to distribute different columns and information.
Alignment- africanbudgetsafaris.com has a good example of alignment because nothing looks like it was just put there for no reason. Everything has a good set up and is important to the entire piece.
Proximity- oypro.com shows a good proximity design because there are elements that are set closer to me and draws my attention first, then others further away that don't draw my attention as much.

Stelarc
I find Stelarc to a very creative person not only in the sense of designing new and different ways to reconstruct the human body but also that he understands how the body functions and the ways to bring more awareness to it. The ear that he constructed on his forearm just show how afar he's willing to go to prove an idea. I think it takes a very gutsy person to even consider changing and morphing their body like that. Just testing these ideas, examining them and really taking it to the next level with changing the human body. Yes I do think it can be very dangerous considering you are adding limbs and the body may respond to it in different ways. I believe their is a limit to how much he could do before things get a little out there. Already quite of the images are pretty concerning because they're different than what we're used to seeing. Its basically human nature, if it looks weird or not normal, we typically judge. I find these things interesting and well worth researching more about.
